Mike is a very knowledgeable, friendly and no pressure type of business owner. He helped make buying our first hot tub easy and fun. Gave us a good deal on a vikingspas model that suited our needs, and provided all the accessories and chemicals we needed. It’s a convertible tub, so we’re running it off 110v now but can upgrade to 220v if we want to upgrade our panel down the road. So far though the 110v configuration is suiting us fine. Set at 104 and even after an hour it’s still at 100, that’s when it’s 3 degrees outside. Mike is very quick to respond to texts when we have questions. Rob is a very friendly tech who came to install our tub, went above and beyond to make sure it was in the location and configuration that we wanted. Walked us through the setup. We bought our tub from Mike a little over two years ago. Recently had some concerns about one of the jets while in operation. Popped into the store to talk to Mike about it. Rob the tech was also in the office and offered to come by the next day to take a look…on a Sunday afternoon… No company offers this kind of follow up or service. The staff at West Coast are extremely knowledgeable about their products. We have bought two Tubs now from Mike. The first was a smaller RotoSpa and we enjoyed it. It was our first tub and Mike was so great teaching us everything we needed to know and even delivering it and staying around for the startup etc. We bought our second tub, a big Viking tub. Mike walked us through the electrical requirements and once again attended the delivery and installation. We’ve tried other cheap chemicals and products in the past and regretted it immediately. The Mineralux products work so well and he always has everything we need in stock. The scents he sells are amazing as well.
